STEP ONE

Slide temple through lower band to desired point.

STEP TWO

Wrap upper band around temple & hook at bottom point

STEP THREE

Gently push band up leg hook for a more snug fit if needed.

Note: fits best up to 7mm wide temples. Slide both bands for wider temples
